We were referred to the team at Two Birds by our accountant. We were in the unhappy position of having our residential landlord decide to sell our tenancy and were notified a few weeks out from Christmas. To compound issues we are small business owners who needed to get a loan and buy property under the pump of having our family being homeless! Fortunately, Alissa took on the challenge with enthusiasm and has liaised with our accountant, solicitor and the banks to secure a mortgage and align the stars so that our transition is seamless. She did much of the heavy lifting whilst on holidays across the Christmas/New Years period and was available in early January to have the loan approved, finalised and ready to settle well ahead of time.
