I wasn't sure if we needed a broker and at first didn't bother but almost immediately we had some hitches in our financing so decided to give it a try. I am very glad we reached out to two birds one loan. Alissa and her team were amazing. They helped us find the right provider and work through every little bump and complication that came up. Most importantly, they were helpful, responsive, gave good guidance and advice, and genuinely seemed to care. Buying a house is a stressful experience but obtaining our loan through two birds one loan was not stressful at all.
