Elouise has been fantastic!! I had tried to refinance my investment loans with 2 mortgage brokers over the last 2 years and all I got was inconvenient meetings at my dining table late at night and no one was able to get us refinanced. Elouise and her team didn’t need to have time wasting meetings. She got all the info she needed over the phone, presented me the information via email and despite delays from the banks, was able to refinance both our owner occupied and our investment loans as well as consolidate our debt.
